Terms and Conditions – Fill The Bag
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Fill The Bag mobile wash, dry, and fold laundry service. By booking a collection or using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
- Fill The Bag provides a wash, dry, fold service.
- You pay £30 to fill your reusable bag with laundry.
- Reusable bags cost £10 and are left at your home until collection.
- Collection and delivery are free.
3. Ordering and payment
- You must provide accurate collection and delivery details.
- Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking.
- We may cancel or delay service if payment is not received or details are incorrect.
4. Bag use
- The reusable bag is provided for your personal use with our service.
- You agree to keep the bag in good condition and use it only for laundry.
- If the bag is damaged or lost, we may charge for a replacement at the current price.
5. Cleaning and care of items
- We will wash, dry, and fold items in line with standard household laundry practices.
- You are responsible for telling us about any special care instructions, stains, or sensitivities.
- We do not guarantee stain removal or restoration of damaged items.
6. Items not accepted
You must not put the following in your bag:
- Hazardous items (e.g. chemicals, needles, flammable substances)
- Non-laundry items (e.g. toys, electronics, documents)
- Valuables (e.g. jewellery, watches, money)
If we find such items, we may remove them and, if necessary, contact you. We are not liable for loss or damage to items not intended for laundry.
7. Timing and availability
- We operate within agreed hours (e.g. 09:00–16:30 on weekdays) and service areas.
- Collection and delivery times are approximate and may change due to traffic, weather, or other factors.
- We may cancel or reschedule service if access is not possible or if details are incorrect.
8. Pricing and changes
- Current prices are:
- Fill the bag: £30
- Reusable bag: £10
- We may change prices at any time; new prices will apply to bookings made after the change.
9. Liability
- We will take reasonable care of your laundry but cannot guarantee against all loss or damage.
- Our liability for any loss, damage, or delay is limited to the cost of the service for that order, unless caused by our negligence.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Cancellation
- You may cancel a booking in line with our cancellation policy, if any.
- If we cancel a booking, we will try to reschedule or refund the service cost.
11. Your account (if applicable)
If you use an online account or app:
- You must keep your details accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version on our website at the time of your booking applies to that order.
