Additional laundry is charged in 5kg increments with your approval.
DO I NEED TO SORT MY LAUNDRY?
No. Our team sorts all garments before washing.
DO YOU WASH BEDDING?
Yes.
CAN I REQUEST FRAGRANCE-FREE DETERGENT?
Yes, subject to availability. Please mention this when booking.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT HOME?
We'll attempt to contact you and arrange a new collection or delivery if necessary.
CAN BUSINESSES USE FILL THE BAG?
Yes. We work with business customers such as Airbnb hosts, salons, barbers, gyms, spas, and beauty clinics as well as domestic customers.
